Returns and refunds for printed apparel

Our apparel is printed to order. We don't accept voluntary returns or exchanges for size selection or change of mind, except where applicable law provides a right to return or cancel.

Misprints, damage, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll review your report and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Statutory return and cancellation rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a 14-day withdrawal right applies to an EU delivery, you can exercise that right within 14 days after receiving the last item in your order. To do so, contact us through our Contact page and include your order number. Any mandatory consumer rights apply even if they differ from the voluntary return terms above.
